COVID-19

Good news! We are still able to ship and deliver orders, however due to ongoing challenges related to COVID-19 orders might be subject to courier delays. However some countries closed the import of postal orders. We can still take you order and keep it on hold until the situation clears up. That way you are sure you will receive the products before they sell out.

Shipping time

Shipment processing time varies between 1-5 working days unless mentioned otherwise.

Usually shipping is done on Mondays. DPD & FedEx shippings are send out in 1-3 working days.

Transport time varies for product category and shipping method.

An indication:

Belgium: 3-7 Working days*

Europe: 4-10 Working days*

World: +10 Working days*

* Time can vary depending on period of the year and the transporter

*Priority / Track& Trace shipping are faster.

Orders without track & trace have no insurance.

Customs and import duties

Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. UPSMUCK is not responsible for possible shipment delays caused by the customs.

Refunds

For refunds contact info@upsmuck.com with your order number and the reason within 10 days after purchase. We like to hear how we can improve! Refunds are only made with a good reason and when the product has been returned.

Items purchased from any retail store can not be returned to the Online Store.
